Having trained under renowned chefs such as Gary Rhodes, Michael Caines, and Gordon Ramsay, Stuart Collins, chef and co-owner of the Docket Restaurant in Whitchurch, Shropshire, and his wife Frances opened their establishment in 2017. Recognized as one of the Shropshire best restaurants, the Docket Restaurant has gained acclaim for its exceptional fine dining experience. In addition to his work at the Docket, Stuart Collins chef has consulted on hospitality projects in the USA and the Middle East, and he has had the privilege of cooking as a personal chef for many high-net-worth guests during his travels. In 2021, he showcased his remarkable culinary skills on the BBC's Great British Menu, winning the regional heats to become the Central region champion. Currently, Stuart and Frances are collaborating with several new and existing brands to further enhance their hospitality offerings, solidifying their esteemed position in the Shropshire Michelin scene.
